I have a collection that I think would be good to use but so far they sit untouched.... are they destined for shelves with names I wonder??!Sandiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12558786621283350776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789689551731499139.post-55774421109507231402012-05-09T21:23:06.440+01:002012-05-09T21:23:06.440+01:00I am tickled pink (:)) at the names of your booksh...I am tickled pink (:)) at the names of your bookshelves, Julie! And this is a very pretty card indeed - I love that pin and the twill addition with the photo.alexahttp://simplyalexa.typepad.com/trimmingthesailsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789689551731499139.post-46469134822523520082012-05-08T20:53:12.518+01:002012-05-08T20:53:12.518+01:00It is lovely Julie, the colours work well together...It is lovely Julie, the colours work well together.Louhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01258116584432205229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789689551731499139.post-16246108200360367072012-05-08T13:18:53.792+01:002012-05-08T13:18:53.792+01:00lovely card...As the card states itself it's b...lovely card...As the card states itself it's beautiful.

Send Flowers To Pakistan From Australia
Send Flowers To Pakistan From Australia
Send Flowers To Pakistan From AustraliaWaseemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13616982150624710742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789689551731499139.post-51727208945648222222012-05-08T09:33:50.123+01:002012-05-08T09:33:50.123+01:00Love that card - not the sort of image I would be ...Love that card - not the sort of image I would be drawn to but seems to work on the card. I thought you might be interested but I recently made a layout using some of your "interesting bits" - I posted about it http://craftypinpin.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/some-interesting-bits.html
I've still got loads left and am looking forward to making more.Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05314856798900512630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789689551731499139.post-2611078460792191812012-05-08T08:33:47.993+01:002012-05-08T08:33:47.993+01:00This card is lovely. As the card states itself - it's beautiful (though not very modest!).

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't cut into books! Last year I made book themed Hen Party bags, with notebooks, cards and badges all using book paper. I happily cut the text pages out of books, but I'll admit I cheated with the images. The bird images were downloaded from The Graphics Fairy, and the children's book images were photocopied because I couldn't bear to cut them out! If only you'd been doing Plundered Pages then, it would have made my life a lot easier! They're on my blog here: http://jennifersjumbles.blogspot.co.uk/2011/07/hen-party-gift-bags.html

I will blog my ever growing pile of vintage books which I can't seem to cut into, at some point soon! xJennifer Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02013102697355186671noreply@blogger.com
